Gli Italiani, si sa, sono dei buongustai, i turisti lo hanno capito (da un pezzo) e quindi nelle varie citta' e localita' del nostro Paese sempre piu’ escono dagli itinerari convenzionali per mescolarsi agli indigeni, alla ricerca di ristoranti e trattorie che offrano genuinita’ tricolore.
Secondo Fabrizio, gestore del ristorante ''Da Romano'' a Capena, ridente (ridente perche' ricca) cittadina a pochi km da Roma, sono pero’ proprio gli italiani a non sapersi più regolare a tavola e quindi a far ''impazzire'' i poveri (si fa per dire) ristoratori.

The Italians, as everybody knows, are gourmands: most tourists understood this a while ago, and as a result, in many cities of our country they abandon their usual eating habits and try to mix with the locals, searching for restaurants who can offer them the typical three-colored quality.
According to Fabrizio, manager of the restaurant ''Da Romano'' in Capena, cheerful (cheerful because it is rich) town a few km away from Rome, it is the Italians who seem to have forgotten how to behave at the table, making the ''poor'' (so to speak) restaurateurs go mad. ..
